Become a friend of the library
A community library relies on friends to support it. Although South Petherton Parish Council is a generous supporter of our library, we still need to raise funds to improve the range and quality of equipment held and to enhance the range of services on offer,

The money we raise will help us keep the library open for everyone's enjoyment and use. To date (April 2022) the funds raised have been used for a variety of purposes, e.g. to set up and maintain the website, purchase folding tables, subsidise book events and improve the book stock to include new releases and best sellers through our Fast Track scheme.

FOSPL members receive regular newsletters informing them of upcoming events and library developments as we seek to offer more services to local residents in the months and years to come.

It's easy to become a Friend of South Petherton Library. Membership forms are available in the library.
